Oculus link playing and charging issues

My computer doesn't currently have a usb-c port. I have the official link cable for my quest but I am currently using a usb-c to usb-a adapter that doesn't supply the 15w required for it not to lose charge while playing. I'm curious if I could buy a cheap PCIE usb-c expansion card and solve my problems and be able to charge and play for as long as I want to. If anyone has an idea of what I should do please let me know. Thanks and regards </3.

Yep, any PCIe USB-C card should do.

 

BTW I'm using my Quest from a USB-A port and it's supplying enough power AFAIK.
