Hi, today I've build a new PC, and after i putted everything together i and trying to install Windows i have this message:

"

The computer has unexpectedly restarted or has encountered an unexpected error. Unable to proceed with the Windows installation. To install Windows, click OK to restart your computer, and then restart"

I also noticed that my graphics card is flashing its RGB led, I think its bootlooping. Any solution?

ASUS PRIME B450M PLUS (latest bios)

ASUS STRIX GTX 1050

Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16GB 3000mHz

You could try swapping the sticks. That also reseats the ram.

Thank you, that worked but there is another problem. My system shows that my RAM is only at 2100 MHz, but i want to use full potential (2933 MHz) i dont really understand how to overclock these RAM sticks.
