alternative bluetooth stacks/software

I am looking for an alternative to the bluetooth software and stack then to what comes with windows 10.
I have used BlueSoleil for years but the interface and general usability have not really improved in much of that time it seems.
Still it seams to be the only software that can enable my work iphone to route calls through my computer and has audio sink capability for android and iphone.
the windows 10 my phone app works wonders on my personal Samsung, but user be damned when trying to make anything work with an iphone.
