New monitors

Hi im upgrading my monitors i was thinking of getting a 144hz main 27 inch monitor then a secondary monitor (around 20inch and 60hz) i found a monitor which i think is a pretty could deal any thoughts/suggestions?

my budget overall is probably around 350

might just go for this- 1440p and 144hz for 350

i think ill go with this as 350 is abit out of budget then later down the line pick up a secondary one
