when i plug in a usb hdd in my desktop the keyboard and the hdd power falls away for a short time.

after which the power returns to the hdd for a short while but then the power returns for a short time and this loop keeps going infinitly

could it be that it doesnt have enough power?

for information:

PC Spec list: Ryzen 5 3600, Gigabyte gtx 1660 super, msi tomahawk b450 max,  Corsair Vengeance 2x8 DDR4 3200 Thermaltake Netzteil German Berlin 630W / 80plus / Bronze PSU Sharkoon

peripherals: g502 hero, g413 carbon, usb condenser microphone

sorry, what? is that the name of your psu? based on the fact that thermaltake needs to sponsor ltt to get some recognition, im assuming that their stuff is worse than dogshit. go for a better psu, maybe, like evga or corsair.
