Videos lagging?

Do you mean the audio is lagging or the controls because I've noticed that it only sometimes registers a pause or volume change for me.

It's not just on Youtube, the last 2 days any videos I watch online lagg every 2-5 seconds, it's not very much lagg, but it's enough to be annoying. Strangely on Netflix it doesn't happen.

 

The video loads up fine but the lagg stays.

 

What is this?

 

EDIT: Well wait, I see the videos do load up slower on youtube.

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

Audio and the video itself at the same time. for split seconds.

 

But never mind, I fixed it by apparently closing the browser and opening it up again.

(I put my pc in sleep mode when I am away, so the same browser runs forever)
