FPS locked at 60

In World of Warships i am able to change this in a file. 

I am playing Sudden Strike 3 and want to do the same thing, but need to know what file the line is that limits the FPS.

 

Any help will be great.

I doesnt have that option, very basic settings

Should be inside the games options somewhere. Possibly in a graphics or display section. What refresh rate is your monitor?

Ill take a screen shot of the panel. My monitor is 144Hz

Wow ...that sure is basic. The devs probably locked the game to 60Hz and if you can't find a fix for that on Google there probably aren't any.

Ya its an older game, small company.  Its a hard game, for me anyways.
