Sata cable recommendations

I am building my new build tomorrow and havent opened any of the components boxes but I figure i probably need more or better SATA cables for the best performance, any recommendations?

The ones that come with the motherboard or other components are fine, they are not bad quality and getting other ones won't improve anything.

Considering Sata 3 has been standard almost a decade, other than color, there is no difference in performance.

Go with old baby blue gigabyte ones.  Guaranteed to clash with your color scheme

But in all seriousness, a SATA III cable is a SATA III cable.

The only thing you might want to consider is right angle connectors for any of your SATA devices. Makes a tidier job of cable managing if applicable to your setup.

Other than that, you can get SATA cables with locking clips to prevent accidental disconnections.
