Best cloud backup software for manual backups?

So I haven't been looking into much for manual backup software free and paid since I've been doing simple copy and pastes to my external hard drive. What is the recommended cloud backup software that I can use to backup my whole windows image?

Don't call me a nerd, it makes me look slightly smarter than you

File copy/sync is not a backup. Please refer to https://medium.com/@files.fm/file-sync-vs-file-backup-42d11d88e2bd

For Windows Backup use Veeam or Duplicati. Both are free. Both allow you back up data to local, external, and network storage. I suggest use Duplicati for file-level backups, and Veeam for volume-level, bare-metal ones. https://www.veeam.com/windows-endpoint-server-backup-free.html
https://www.duplicati.com/download

Duplicati features cloud backups out of the box, but it has no option to make a system image. So, to sync backup files made by Veeam, use could use rclone witch is free file sync software. https://rclone.org/
