Well to my knowledge kernel power error 41 simply means the system has shutdown or restarted unexpectedly.

What happens exactly and are you doing anything particular when it happens? Does it bluescreen? Sudden restart? What kind of PC is it and what parts are in it?

Itll just restart and so far has only happened while gaming. I have a ryzen 7 3700x, rtx 2060 super founders edition card, and an x570 aorus elite mobo.

Sudden restart, I see. Is XMP/DOCP enabled for the RAM? Try to turn it off and see if the restarts stops. Sometimes boards do not set all the timings to the profile and that can cause sudden reboots. If that helps you can try to find the XMP timings and enable them manually or ask for help to do so.

Ok, How frequent is the freezing? First I like you to try and clear the CMOS.

How do I do that? Now its like my usbs will disconnect for a second and my audio will screw up. I've checked event viewer and it doesn't show anything.
