Hi there! I wasn't completely sure if this goes here but my Lenovo thinkpad has this fast charging usb power delivery port where i can charge my phone and get pictures off it at the same time. I was thinking of building a computer and was wondering if there was something I could put in to get four or five of those ports that do the fast charging and data transfer at the same time.

You mean your Lenovo has Thunderbolt?  Or your Lenovo has USB 3.1 or USB 3.2?

All use a Type C connector.

Modern motherboards will often have USB 3.1.

And/or you can get a USB 3.2 add in card:  https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/GC-USB-32-GEN2X2

For Thunderbolt 3.0, the motherboard has to have a chipset that already support Thunderbolt, then you use an add on card:  https://www.gigabyte.com/mb/thunderbolt3/overview
