kernel 41 error and random performance issues NOONE knows why

i am shocked at this, 1-3 months ago my pc started rebooting for no reason over and over again at random times sound started to crackle or die randomely not often but randomely, performance issues like micro freezes here and there also occured microsoft paint would stop responding etc and i have 32 gb of ram, i ended up swapping the psu still the same problem i then got a new psu again still the same problem i then used one of either ram stick still the same problem, i then left the graphics cart pc at a pc store and paid to have it looked at they found no issues what so ever i bring it back to me and the issues instantly come back, then i leave my entire pc there and still they find nothing i reinstalled windows multiple times still the same problem, i am at a loss for words on this at this point i genuinely want to break this pc now, i suspect it's the graphics card but no idea how or why or whats happening, they even had a look at it individually and they found no issues with it what so ever, so yeah i don't know any more i had experts look at it and they can't find the issue so what can i do at this point, the last thing i did was swap the riser cable to a new one and connect the power to a grounded outlet in the kitchen, after that i had no audio crackling issues, but the random reboots and performance issues remained, i also tried the built in gpu of the motherboard as a solution earlier and this too got rid of the audio crackling issues as well as the restarts but the random performance issues remained not to say it's not because that gpu is much weaker than my rtx 2080ti, i suspect the gpu but they found no issues.

full story this started when i moved to my new apartment my dad tipped my pc over it was at the time in a big plastic bag it refused to boot at all when i connected it, power came through idle motherboard lights etc but nothing happened when i pressed the power button, i took it to the pc store i bought the parts at they swapped the psu on warranty knowing the pc had tipped, the psu i wanted was not in stock so i used an evga psu while waiting and pc worked fine then when the asus psu finally was in stock and i installed it the issues started actually the issues started as soon as i tried to install a dodgy software shortly after i installed the new psu someone this was a program someone wanted to sponsor me on so i assumed i had a virus because the problems started afterward so i reinstalled windows and the problem never wen't away, and ever since the pc has just been impossible to diagnose.
