Okay, I have a Creative Lab 5.1 speaker setup. Nothing special, just ordinary 5.1. (R, RS, L, LS, C, Sub).

The problem I am facing is that in ANY game I play, all sound FX are loud and normal as it should be, but Dialouges seems like the person is standing across the map and talking. Now when there is music playing, or guns shooting ect, those sounds are x10 louder than what the dialogues are.

I have tried numerous settings in sound control panel from setting up as 2.1, 5.1 and 7.1. I checked my connections and everything. I even tried some Loudness Equalization Settings and not even that helps. Yes it makes Sound FX overall softer, but the voices are ALWAYS softer than everything else going on.

Can anyone please help with this. What am I doing wrong here?? Is there a 3rd party app I can download to boost speaker output volume so my dialogues are louder than the rest?? What speaker sound should I boost?? It would seem dialogues are coming out of my Center speaker ... but even JUST maxing that speaker volume does not help.

Have you tried messing with in-game settings? They often have separate volume for sound effects and speech

I have. Even just putting all silent and only Voice on 100%, the voice alone sounds far in a distant. Every game does this.

It is something with the speaker setup or settings that I do not know why this is a thing.
