Angular projects

Feeding

Heya,

I'm kinda lost in creating a new angular project, since it is refusing to work. So I'm trying to create a new project via:

ng new name

When I do that, i get the two prompts about angular routing, and css and so far that works, then it starts creating the file structure, and starts installing the packages:

This takes while and then it fails like this:

aaaaaaaaaaa.thumb.png.1b6b95a23ed49ddda9306cee2a02caf7.png

So, i started looking how to fix it, and everything says clean the cache. So i did and tried again to create a new project (multiple Times, like 10 - 15), but every time it did this but always at a different file, with the same error. I haven't found anything yet what tells me what to do if that issue isn't fixed with cleaning the cache.

The last idea i had was, try it on a different device.. so I did on a Windows PC... the same issue.
I would like to know if anyone knows how to fix it, or why it happens.

Greetings
