Windows security settings corrupt

Hey guys, ive been having this issue with my computer where for quite some time i have not been able to edit videos using the default windows apps. I get this error saying i dont have permission to make changes to this file (im the only person who uses this computer). I looked into it and found this error : https://gyazo.com/5b028dd6037363578c88711afab3b745 . Does anyone have any idea what i should do? Im open to resetting my computer if there is no easy fix, i just dont want to lose any of the videos i have saved.
