How good is this?

Is a cooler master extreme power plus 600w good or bad. Im building a pc for a friend and idk if it can handle these specs.

 

Ryzen 7 3700x

B450 Tomahawk max

Rtx 2080 S

Ram 32 GB 3600mhz

Definetly would get a 750 watt Gold rated power supply if your pairing it up with such high end components.
