generally i am reading upper safe limits (but who can really say) for DRAM is 1.45v and 1.2v for SoC.
i think i would try to input the XMP timings and voltage from CPUZ on the ram sticks manually and see if that works.
if not, then increase the voltages of those values a bit until it starts working, and without hitting those barriers.
First gen IMC is from my understanding stupid weak. I would be happy with 2933 or better.
I'm lucky mine worked at 3200, but it probably is on the edge of stability
