Powering up Issue

Hi
I have a real weird problem and im not sure where it comes from.
My build is arround 1 year old and never had any problems but today when i tried
to turn it on nothing happend. Everything stayed black no response from anything.
It also doesnt start when shorting the shorting the pins for Power.
It only starts when i quickly switch off and on the switch on the PSU and even after that it sometimes doesnt post.
When the PC runs everything works normally and i can turn it off with the power button so i think that would rule it out.
I think its the PSU but i want to hear from you if anyone of you had anything similar.

        MOBO: ASUS ROG STRIX Z390I Gaming
        RAM: 16GB GSkill Trident RGB
        AIO: Corsair H100i
        Case: Crystal Black 280X RGB
        PSU: Cooler Master Reactor Gold Full Modular 750W

try with a different psu. seems like psu issue
