Windows programs

Hi, so earlier today windows was having trouble booting, and I ended up having to reinstall it. Fast forward to now, all my files are on my drives, but none of them are properly "installed". There are no applications on my desktop. 

Please let me know if I have to completely reinstall everything or if there is anything else to do without hassle.
