old mc server

Hi guys, im tryna start a new server on an older version of mc, version 1.10, but whenever i download the server i dont get any eula stuff, i get this huge amount of files, was the system different back then? if so, what do i do?

hmm weird, well i reset my pc yesterday, and forgot to install java, which is why it does not show up, thanks tho

I think he meant minecraft wasn't working because of lack of Java.
