Laptop fan control?

I have am asus vivobook laptop and want to change the fan speed (the temps aren't great and The CPU doesn't hit max turbo) I don't care about the noise I have a nice pair of headphones 

 

What software would you guys recoommend?

sometimes  fan control is locked in laptops but i recomend hwinfo and almico sppedfan to check that.

If you are thermal throttling, then you are already on max fan speed. You might want to look into hardware-side fixes like changing thermal paste.
