Cyber power help

I got a pre-built cyber power about a year ago, ryzen 2700x, rtx 2070, 16 gb ram, 2 TB hard drive, 512 SSD. When should I replace the power supply and motherboard? The power supply seems decent. The motherboard is kinda crappy. What would you recommend that wont break the bank?
