gpu not using his usage..

hello me again with shit problems..

Im playing battlefield and Im noticing that my card isnt performing like it used to.. 

and is on 10 % ussage in taskmanager and any other programs like hvmonitor,

while playing in on high ( it does get 70 degrees wich is normal temp ) 

does anyone have an ideaa ? 

sorry for posting so many posts but my pc is really underperforming after mij upgrade

 

 

apperently its only in gta and battlefield

apperently its only in gta and battlefield

its also really underperforming , I play battlefield on low and i barerly hit 60 fps
