Hi everyone i'm new to PC GAMING i'm having trouble in games with the texture shadows flickering and jagged. I have done a clean install of windows and gpu drivers still the same.

will a bios update fix this? Here is a video of the problem i'm getting in game. I would greatly appreciate some help please many thanks.
