Best Value 240hz Sub 1ms Monitor?

Hi everyone!

I’m currently thinking about upgrading my pc and giving my current one to my sister. My new one will consist of a i5-9400F, and a rtx 2060 for reference. I wanted to see if anyone had recommendations for monitors with a 240hz panel and can recreate sub 1ms response times at an actually decent price? (Under $500CAD?)

(I’m aware under 1ms is very very unnoticeable to an average eye, but as I am buying a “sub 1ms mouse” from endgame gear, and the current monitor I have is an asus 165hz, sub 1ms monitor, I wanted to find comparisons)

I an hoping to be playing Rainbow 6 Siege competitively this next couple seasons and keeping my eye on possibly going further into this.
