Low FPS in CSGO

Hi! I have experienced low FPS in CSGO and I don't know why. My PC: i7-4770, GTX 980Ti, 8GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB SSD, 1TB HDD. I tried different setting, but I get the same FPS on highest setting and the lowest, around 60-80 FPS. I reinstalled csgo, graphic drivers, I tried razer cortex boost and nothing help. Is any of my components bottlenecking my PC. Thanks for the help!

set max fps to zero through console. I mean you have DDR3 ram that could be a problem too. At time to time CS can be weird. You can launch the game through steam in so sort of optimized mode. Do some googling on that.
