I got a prebuilt computer from HP around 2015 - 2016, since then I've modified it and such, however the MOBO is still the same. One of the modifications I have made was swapping the case, and this new case has USB 3.0 ports on the front, and my MOBO has a USB 3.0 standoff. However, after plugging it in, the USB in the front still do not work. For the longest while I just didn't care, however I am doing some maintenance and I wanted to iron this out. After some research, there really wasn't that much to do, some suggested updating drivers, however drivers are only provided for windows 7. This prompted me to notice something interesting, I have USB devices that seem to be from windows 7 (Which was what this computer used to be.) Will uninstalling these potentially help? I included a screenshot of my USB controllers

Windows 10 64 bit

Mobo - hewlett-packard 2b3a

CPU - i7 5930k

24gb ram

GPU - RTX 2080

BIOS Version/Date    AMI 80.02, 5/11/2015 (Can't find anything newer since it is an HP mobo)
