motherboard backplate stuck on?

image0.jpg?width=508&height=678 friend wants to upgrade his cpu cooling solution and cant get the backplate off the mobo is ms-7a61 and the cooler is noctua nh u14s and it wont work with the existing backplate anybody that can help?

Unscrew it from the other side. I see at least three screws still attached.
