Problem with fan on HP Probook 450 G6

First my laptop shut down when I was watching Youtube. After that it was like dead, like there is no power. I pull out batery, press power buton for 30s, after that I plug in power and now everything is working just when I turn off my laptop, fan start to work on full speed. I tried new instalation of Windows, update BIOS, update drivers. Nothing is helping. Is there any solutions? Fan only turn off batery is empty.
