Spiking CPU usage, and freezing

I have currently a problem with the cpu spiking in usage to 100% and the pc is freezing when that happens. It happens all the time even when I use minimal cpu like using teams for classes or opera to watch videos.

I don’t know how to locate the problem and fix it, because I haven’t seen witch program that is spiking the cpu in task manager
