I have a very weird problem with my monitor. Every time I turn my pc on after leaving it off overnight the display flickers for about 30 or so minutes and gradually stops until it's perfect. If I reset the computer then, it will restart with no problems at all, but if I shut it down and leave it overnight, same thing happens the next day. The flicker is less noticeable at lower refresh rates, which made me think it might have had something to do with the DP cable, but changing that didn't help. Also I'm pretty sure the problem is with the monitor itself, because if I connect the PC to my TV I don't have those issues (the TV is only 60Hz but it's 4K, so the amount of data transfer is similar). Turning G-Sync on/off doesn't seem to help.

The monitor is an ASUS PG278Q 1440p 144Hz.

Ryzen 7 2700 + GTX 1070 (drivers up to date).

Anyone have any idea what could possibly be causing this? Thanks.
