i cant seem to find the cause of stuttering. it happens when i do it on live tv in media center and cs.go. other games seem ok and theres a 1 second or less random freeze during furmark.  in cs.go sound and screen stutter for 1-2 seconds randomly. i havent played cs go on a server so i never noticed it. but i found a server i like and have been playing a lot more. as far as the stuttering in wmc it happened with my 7875 direct cu and now same with my 290x direct cu. speed test are good. i recently upgraded my router and switch to gigabit same wmc issue. i ran prime95 and was fine and i ran prime95 with furmark and either way i got same stuttering in furmark. aida 64 made a huge lag during furmark which i expected but wanted to realy push the card to find issues. also i havent noticed it any any other games as they dont get played online mutch. there was some artifacts when i first got the 290x but droping from the 14.1 to 13.xx driver helped a little but still had them during benchmarks. i recently reinstalled windows because i didnt realize the mouse/keyboard receiver was dying causing the windows to go haywire or full screen games to mimize replaced and all is good. now no mater how hard i push the card using furmark and and aida64 at same time i cant force the artifacts to apear. still using stable non beta driver.  also non related or related my htpc(extender pc only no monitor or keyboard) in my computer  room is conected to an xbox in the living room and even after the upgraded network it still gives me network error icon once and a blue moon and gets laggy video for a few seconds. the xbox and pc has a 10/100 switch-assus 66u gigabit router-netgear 8 port gigabit switch  between they are factory new. i do have 98% less errors with new network gear in the middle. there is no lag on live tv 99% of the time on the xtender and extenter pc, but avery few seconds to few minuts on gaming pc.

 

 

is the cs.go issue from the comunity server as i never noticed it on valves server

 

live tv comes from either of the 2 hdhomerunprimes in the network. which is on same switch as pc.

heres what i get during cs go i dont know how an old game is maxing out the gpu

 

Could you monitor GPU usage while gaming and see if it dips when you are getting that stuttering? I still feel that this is driver issue of some sort since nothing else seems to be problem.
