Could be a bad PSU that is not longer able to keep up with the power consumption. 

Would need more info.

Strip it down to bare minimum config. So just the motherboard plugged in with CPU and cooler and just one memory stick. Disconnect fully all drives etc and even the front panel connectors. See what happens. If it still does not work the you have only a few components to diagnose, if it does start then you can plug things back in one at a time until the fault comes back.
