Description of Original Problem:

Hello,

I just recently purchase all new parts to build this new PC. But now I am having a problem. Where the PC would just crash randomly during day-to-day usage, However, during a game session the pc would crash a few minutes into playing games sometimes, other times it would be fine for hours. When it crashes the screen will first go to a solid color (grey, green) then to black and the monitor will say the signal is lost., the chassis fans will go max speed and the RGB lights on my keyboard would go out. Then I would have to do a hard reset to fix the crash.

Troubleshooting:

I have done a DDU and reinstall the GPU driver, updated all windows, and another driver.

-Did a Memtest86, Found 1 error in Test 8

-Reliability Monitor states that I have a

Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent

Code: 141

Event Viewer:

shows

-Display driver AMDKMDAP stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

-The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

Day 1 updates:

Good news: The PC seems to be stable during normal use, browsing, Netflix.. etc. I was able to play COD and The witcher with no problems.

Bad news: Now whenever i try to launch Red dead redemption 2 it will crash even before reaching the main menu
