So I was trying to get on CS:GO to play some 1v1 arena server with my friend when all of the sudden I see my game freeze but can still hear my discord call and assumed my game froze so I tried Ctrl+Alt+Del and Alt+Tab but neither worked. Next I thought my graphics driver crashed and it did and I could still hear audio but then it became complete silence. I tried rebooting using the power buttonf or about 6 seconds and Windows booted but my keyboard and mouse weren't working even after plugging them back in. Without being able to interact with Windows once so ever I tried turning my PC on and off again to get into automatic startup repair but it wouldn't load and I remembered a problem I had before with booting where I just powered off my PC and unplugged for 5 minutes to get everything working again so I tried it only to get a windows recovery screen with a different error every time that would instantly popup no matter what. I tried following some tutorials with no luck and then re-manually selected my C drive to boot from and it suddenly worked? Why did this happen and is there a way to prevent it in the future?

(Also don't mind the clutter on my desk I was cleaning a bunch of stuff and my desk got more messy)
