NCIX slow processing?

Just recently purchased an item from NCIX US store online last saturday and the damn thing is STILL in processing. Is this a common problem with them? Hell i ordered a case and monitor from newegg on tuesday and it came in today and i didn't do rush processing or expedited shipping for the newegg items either.

i already email their support, i was just wondering if anyone else here has had this issue while i wait for their response.

For some reason the only thing I have bought from NCIX did the same. "Allow for 2 days for processing," two days later "Allow one day for shipping," one day later "package will arrive in 4-7 business days," five business days and sunday later, package shows up. Total days = 8
