So I’m not too sure which thread this goes under, but im currently planning to build a small desktop in the evolv shift, but i got a couple issues with how I want to do it.

Now, I’ve seen alot of people with overheating issues, and I know phanteks says the case can only fit 2x120mm rads, but I’m wondering if I could make a cutout in the front panel to fit an additional 120mm rad where the case interfered before(3x120mm rads in total).

For the build, I'm planning on using a 9700k on a asus z390-i motherboard with a rtx 2070 super as the gpu. My main question is if 2x120mm slim rads would be enough, or if I should seriously look into cutting the front out and being able to put 3x120mm rads that can be thicker?

Tbh, I’m leaning a little bit more towards the cutout idea bc it’ll free up some room inside the case, as well as letting me be a bit more creative with the hardline runs imo, but I'm really just wanting some feedback on the idea bc I think it could turn out really good.
