Jump to content

Boot to safe mode. If it doesn't exist it is a driver issue and reinstall is recommended. 

 

If exists in bios boot and at all times. Reseat card make sure fans are working.

 

Swap out display cables or try another output type D Port ,VGA, HDMI. See if that helps.

If you have more than 1 pci slot you may also test the other slot just in case it is a motherboard specific pci slot issue.
