Need help with pc

Hi guys 

I recently unplugged my PC (i have it for 2 days but it was perfect with all drivers) to take pics and put it up for sale (im flipping)

And when i plugged back in and flipped the switch on my psu, it started flickering with the fans on except the Gpu fans. It also made a rattling noise and all the LEDs on me Gpu and fans were flickering. I tried resetting the cmos and checked the Gpu but they were not the problem.

Any tips/answers?
