I've noticed that after playing games for 20-30 minutes, my mouse input begins to become laggier than usual. I don't really notice any performance decrease, but there is absolutely a noticeable difference in mouse input delay. I have to restart my entire PC for the issue to go away, and when it finally does go away it only does for a few minutes. Simply restarting the game doesn't seem to fix it.

The problem has persisted over different mice and I've done stress tests on my GPU and CPU to make sure I'm not overheating. I experience it most in the game Team Fortress 2, but like I said, it seems to happen in most of the games I play. Could it be my GPU or monitor? They are both the older parts of my PC and the issue has persisted for a while. I can provide more information about the issue as needed.

Here are some of my specs:

Windows 10

HP OMEN 24 144hz 1ms

I7-8700k

GTX 1080

MSI z370 Gaming Plus ATX LGA1151

Rosewill Capstone 750W Gold 80+ Semi-Modular ATX

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Any and all help is much appreciated.
