Having trouble installing FileCad

While on the step where i need to install Microsoft SQL server express 2012 sp1 i get the error message in the attached image. Anyone know what is interfering? It installed just fine on my windows 10 pro home computer.

My work computer where i encounter the problem has Windows 10 home.

 

error message:

SQLServer installation failed

InstallationLogMessage:

$SEC€
