RX 570 no output

While playing game my RX 570 died, after rebooting it didn't display anything. I have FX-8350 so I dont have integrated graphics to chek what whent wrong. 

Two days later I bought GTX 560Ti (just so I can use pc). I had an idea to try pluging in RX and it booted with 560Ti displaying video, windows reported code 31 on RX 570, witch means it didnt read drivers correctly and it needs reboot. Did that and windoes reported that gpu is running fine. But it hardlocked it self.

 

Now I unplugged 560Ti and left 570, but still no video output.

 

Any ideas?
