Windows not opening up Documents?

As of yesterday evening, I'm having issues opening up in the search bar 'My PC' and anything related in my Local Drive, such as Documents, Pictures, Videos.

Apps on my Desktop seem to launch fine, but anything through the PC bar is unreachable.

 

Whenever I press enter after typing that into the search bar, the Desktop including the taskbar does a 'refresh' and nothing happens. I've done a few CMD prompts, and shows up nothing, integrity of my files are good.

 

Just wondering if anything had issues with this in the past and may know of a possible fix?
