First time over clocking... Adaptive mode question

i7 4770k

Cooler Master Glacier cooler.

Asus Maximus VI hero motherboard

 

I have it running at 4.3 GHZ, @ 1.220 volts ( manual mode ).  getting max temps of about 55-60 deg.

 

The stress test went fine with Intel Extreme tuning utility.

 

My question is for switching to adaptive mode?  What exactly do i put in there its pretty confusing.  Linus's haswell over clocking video was great but he sort of skipped over what to put in the adaptive part.

EDIT Nevermind answered my own question  by finding this video 

 

Looks like i just need to enter 1.220 under the turbo field in adaptive.
