OpenVPN not connecting

This seems like the right category to put this under. I bought a VPS from 100up.org to use as an OVH VPN and using OpenVPN. I have set it up properly many times but every time I try to connect to it, it just freezes. In the beginning when I first got the VPS I connected once, everything worked except for discord, I then disconnected and tried reconnecting and it never connected again. Everytime I try to connect now I get the same thing happen to me (see image). I am sending out data to the server but nothing is coming back to me. Is there a chance that UDP is blocked from their end or is it something on my end? The port is 443 like I am told it should be for VPNs

Maybe a VPN with portforwarding would work. You can try PureVPN it offers port forwarding and a trial as well so you can be sure if your problem is fixed

I ended up using SoftEther VPN which works fine
