Minecraft EULA issue?

hey guys im having this issue on a FTB infinity server when i try to run the server it asks me to agree to EULA but when i do it just closes any ideas on how to fix this? I can run it with the forge exe but its laggy. Thanks for any help gif of whats happening below.
