Help with upgraded system

Hey all, just recently upgraded a few parts into my system. I did not reinstall Windows at any time and i am experiencing stutters in games and games force closing with no errors. Short of reinstalling windows i have upgraded GPU drivers, latest BIOS and up to date on Windows Updates. System only stutters under game load.

 

System specs:

Windows 10 Home 

MB: MSI x370 Xpower Gaming Titanium

Ryzen 3700x (8c/16t) OC'd @ 4.2GHz Voltage - Auto

Wraith CPU Cooler

Trident Z RGB 4x16GB @ 3000MHz, CL16, not OC'd

EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER FTW3 ULTRA+ - Power @ 120 Max Temp 86 MemClock +100, GPUClock +49, driver v. 445.87
