Hello fellow quarantined humans,

my once top of the line i7-6700k cpu is bottlenecking my GTX1080 and I wanna up upgrade. What would you guys recommend for a gaming/productivity/workstation basically do it all pc. I got all my other components basically maxed out. But I guess its time for a CPU-MOBO-PSU upgrade. This stuff gets me really excited. I do you think I should wait for next gen intel vs amd or buy now?

Thanks in advance!

My PC is a fast boyo:

6700K - 32GB - 1080 - 256GB EVO

I have a i7 6700k now running 2 GTX 1080s.

With one I am not seeing a bottleneck.

ive got a i7-4770 with a 2070 super. do you think i should upgrade right now or should i wait

if you want more performance now and feel like it's not doing what you want and need now, obviously upgrade now. but in november you'll have buyers remorse.
