a good entry level gpu

So my cousin wants to just plug in a gpu into his OEM computer. He wants to get into pc gaming, but he doesn't have to money to buy a whole gaming rig. I don't know what entry level gpu to recommend to him. What would you guys recommend. His price range is 100 - 150 usd.

Make sure the power supply has enough juice for it, I would assume most of them do since Kepler barely uses any power.

750ti uses 65w or something lol

EVGA GTX 750 Ti. the superclocked edition is only $10 more too
