Mac OSX 10.9.1 No Audio drivers?!

Using my Macbook air 2013 I woke it from sleep and my audio drivers up and disappeared and now I've been scouring the web for a way to restore because I don't want to have to drive to the damned apple store for the third time this month because of apple's fuck ups.

No internal speaker option.
(All of the airplay whatever stuff is from me being in a dorm and sensing all of the other options that are not mine nearby)

I just reset the PRAM a third time (I was going insane) and it somehow fixed the issue.
